ELÉNE Loyalty
Points on every piece you keep, tiers that grow with you, and Circles to grow together.Your points start with your first order. They are kept on the mobile number or email you order with. Sign in to your ELÉNE account to see and use them.
How points work
- Earn — 1 point for every EGP 10 you spend on pieces, and more at Élan and Privé. Delivery fees do not earn points.
- Wait 14 days — Points show as pending when you order and become yours 14 days after delivery, once the return window has closed.
- Use — 100 points take EGP 30 off your pieces, from 500 points.
- Keep them fresh — Points expire 12 months after they become available.
Tiers
Your tier comes from what you spent on pieces you kept over the last 12 months. A tier you reach is yours for a full 12 months.

Circles
Shop with friends and reach a tier together. Each of you keeps her own points; your combined spend lifts everyone.
- Start or join — Create a Circle from your account and share its invite link. Up to 10 members, each with her own verified account.
- Reach a tier together — At EGP 30,000 of combined kept spend in 12 months every member moves to Élan; at EGP 100,000, to Privé. Each member keeps whichever tier is higher, hers or the Circle’s.
- Stay active — To share the Circle’s tier, you need at least one kept order of your own in the same 12 months.
- Private by design — Members see first names and the Circle’s progress, never what anyone bought or spent.
Fair and clear
- Cancelled, refused or returned — Pending points from that order are removed. Points that are already available are never taken back.
- Changed your mind early — Cancel before the courier collects your order and any points you used come back to you.
- Personal — Points and tiers belong to you and cannot be sold or transferred.
